Returns
We can only accept a return within 14 days of delivery, if the product is in its original condition including protective film still on. A refund will be processed excluding shipping costs.

Shipping
All products arrive with a protective film, this is a very thin plastic vacuum sealed around the product to avoid the item sustaining any damage. Once removed you will notice the product does not have any scuffs or scratches.

Notes

• Wipe away the soiled surfaces using a damp cloth and minimal pressure.
• If the steering wheel is still dirty, clean it by brushing over fibers using a soft bristle brush.
• Use a dedicated Alcantara cleaner with a microfiber cloth if the steering wheel is still dirty.
